D Anil Kumar joins Infor as Senior Director and Head - HR

D Anil Kumar has joined Infor as Senior Director and Head – HR.

He has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Prior to this appointment, Anil Kumar was associated with Deloitte India as Senior Vice President and Talent Lead Business Advisor – Deloitte Global for more than 12.5 years.

Anil Kumar has over 23 years of experience in talent management. He is a seasoned HR leader who drives people strategy and development for Infor in India. In his current role, he partners with the business leaders of Infor to advise on talent matters – from establishing culture, growing teams, workforce planning to retention and performance management. Anil is passionate about creating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation for professionals and HR teams across the globe.

In his previous roles, he has led HR initiatives for various functions and practices within Deloitte, including US Audit, Risk & Financial Advisory and Global Tax business serviced out of India. He has also designed and delivered professional and leadership skills development programs for Deloitte Consulting in India. He has a strong background in HR strategy, policy creation and implementation, training delivery, competency development, and HR communications.

Anil Kumar has also worked with Indium49 Hospitality, Deloitte Consulting, Keane India Limited and Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd.

He holds M.A. in Human Resources Management, M.Com in Accounting/Finance and a Degree in Law, as well as multiple certifications in psychometric techniques and IRPM.
