With the transformation of HR function, how should it lead and become a catalyst in organisation change management process?
VJ HR teams are the first and usually the last people an associate meets as part of their organisation journey. Even through the journey there are engagement points at key moments that drive an associates view of the organisation and the talent approach. Hence, as HR transforms by resetting the moments of engagement via technology, processes and automation, the role in driving changes to land with a positive experience and sensitive to the culture of the organisation is critical.
HR transformation is never in isolation from other areas of business that are also undergoing constant change. However, HR and people centric changes are perhaps the most sensitive. Any process change that touches associates, either through HR or other functional transformation needs to be managed and communicated with a human centric approach.
