[24]7.ai elevates Nina Nair as CHRO for Global BPO Business
[24]7.ai has elevated Nina Nair to the position of Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) for the Global BPO business.

Before this promotion Nina contributed in formulating HR strategies as Sr. VP and Head HRD for India and America.

In her new role, Nina’s strategic focus will be on driving HR technology enablement, identifying and mentoring high-potential talent, managing the succession pipeline, supporting Gen AI effectiveness projects, ensuring the governance of all HRD functional processes, and fostering a unified [24]7.ai culture.

On this recent promotion, Animesh Jain, Chief Operating Officer, [24]7.ai said, “We are extremely happy with this new development. Nina’s new leadership role is closely aligned with our vision for the organization’s future, and I am confident that her experience will drive our company toward continued success in the area of HRD. Nina’s vision and expertise will no doubt help shape the future of our global workforce”.

Nina spearheads the mandate to create a vibrant, people-centric organization across two distinct geographies and cultures. As an HRD leader, she plays a key role in shaping and developing organizational agenda & HR policies of the organization.

She is a trustee for the [24]7 Foundation, the CSR entity for the organization. She and the team work closely with various institutions to foster the education of the girl child through sanitation projects and skill training.

Nina has also worked with Indian Institute for Human Settlements. She was also on the board of trustees for the Live Love Laugh Foundation, an NGO that aims at creating awareness on mental health.
