PA In recent years, HR Leaders have been tested like never before: hybrid work, the great resignation, the race for talent, and not to mention the wider geopolitical and economic volatility that we are experiencing globally.

Employee well-being, flexible work models, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) have been top HR priorities for companies as they’ve worked to adjust to massive disruption and change. As we head into next year, we’ll see many of these trends continue and evolve as organisations zone in on communication, skills development, and relationship management.
