Leadership has to deal anxiety and ambiguity with high sensitivity
With the huge void in reaching out to people during this pandemic has created high anxiety in the employees. The new behaviours at work will get affected by this and make people more anxious and ambiguous. In the new normal, leadership will have to deal with this aspect with innovatively.

During covid pandemic turmoil, most people have been through isolation, depression and anxiety, which are certainly going to reflect in their work attitude. How HR should address this challenge?

SM As unlockdown2.0 is affected, we will see people slowly coming back to work. They will come back to work but will still have many concerns and anxieties. HR leaders now have the biggest challenge on their hands as to how to deal with low morale and uncertainty and convert them to happy and productive employees. For HR leaders and for perhaps the entire leadership have their job cut out. Amongst the various things that they need to do, the following few are amongst the most important steps that need they will need to address:

1) Help manage psychological impact – making holistic well-being a centre of all new initiatives viz Yoga, meditation, counselling as part of daily work life
