How do you decipher the Gen Z behavioural traits and their expectations from employers?

PP In the ever-evolving workforce, Gen Z will be around a quarter of workforce by 2025 and will be the primary constituent in terms of representation and impact. It’s imperative to understand what they are looking for in their professional pursuits. This generation is considered one of the most informed and aware about their expectations and will demand disproportionate leadership attention to get the required outcomes. Behaviour drive action hence; some key traits have emerged which needs attention to fully harness their potential besides the shift in leadership approach to manage Gen Z.

Employers have to align and customize their work process with predominant focus on being flexible on how the work is being delivered instead of where it’s being done.
