Re-examine the culture to unlock the Gen Z potential
Before bridging the generation gap, we should re-examine the culture we're creating and the environment we're offering to unlock the fullest potential of Gen Z. Our policies must also be flexible enough to meet the individual needs of each employee. This is a difficult but highly rewarding task if we can accomplish it.

We have witnessed the world changing at a very fact pace enabled with technology, social fabric and connected world. I do see an even a faster pace of disruptive change in the next 30 years compared to what we experienced in the past. Human talent in an organisation has been reinventing themselves to be relevant for today and ready for tomorrow. Every generations has come in the industry with their set of pro and coin which industry has adopted with changing times. The generations have also come with unique skill sets which has helped organisation accelerate the growth and success. Gen Z will not be any different.

Let’s try to comprehend who are Gen Z. They are more likely to have grown up amid diverse family structures – whether in a single parent householdor a household in which gender roles were blurred. As a result, they are less fazed than previous generations by differences in sexual orientation or religion. For them diversity is the norm.
