2022 LinkedIn Workplace Learning Report says: ‘The transformation of L&D means learning leaders are rejecting traditional silos to collaborate on a more holistic vision for HR. L&D leaders are reaching for fresh solutions to tie competency development to career paths, internal mobility, and retention, while also bringing a new sense of care and humanity to employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion’. This requires inculcating right L&D culture within the organisation that leads to stakeholder satisfaction as well as creating value for business.

HR Guru Prof. Dave Ulrich discusses about four waves of culture. Three waves are focused on what happens inside the organisation and fourth wave is related to culture inside an organisation and creating value for stakeholders outside. He asserts :
