Measuring employee experience through surveys and other platforms provide data for preparing a framework and driving all work practices in line with them.

The concept originated from customer experience of “Moments of Truth” which predominantly decided on whether or not customers will buy from us, saw its gradual entry in field of human resource as employee experience (EX) through “Moments that Matter”.

As HR Leaders and business partners it is imperative to understand and measure these unique AHA moments to create an engaged and productive workforce thereby reducing attrition. Good employees are our greatest investment and a lot of hard work goes into attracting and hiring the right talent who will fit into our work culture. Employee turnover does not only cost, time, effort and money to the HR department but affects the business bottom-line as well.
