Instead of doing situation based offering, organisations need to design end-to-end experience

How do you understand employee experience and why it has gained so much importance in present time?

SM Let me address this with a story from Mahabharata, the great Indian epic. In the war of Kurukshetra, Krishna being the acquaintance to both the Kauravas and Pandavas, he offered his support to both the groups. However Krishna offered them to choose between his army and himself. He made it clear that either of the resources will support independently and not together. Whoever chooses his army will have the army fight for them, and not Krishna. Whoever chooses him, will get Krishna’s intelligence, dedication, loyalty but not the army!
