HR has the key role of creating a culture that focuses on unified work values that tie in with the organizational vision and not to allow lines to be drawn within the firm which might be detrimental to business.

What exactly does Diversity Coaching mean and can we truly coach someone to become inclusive as well as accepting of diverse sets of people? If we remove the jargon behind this, this is just another form of change management initiative which helps a leader or an organization, to become more equipped to lead a workforce that is full of differences. One can question that we have had diversity in our population in India throughout our history and why is there a sudden need to ‘coach’ organizations as well as leaders on this area.

There are several reasons for the same, but the most important one is to be able to attune leaders as well as organizations to the fact that diversity can have a business impact which is measurable.
