How do you critically evaluate the HR practices in the NBFC Sector?

AR The working environment in the last few years has had a huge shift and a bearing on all sectors including the NBFC’s.The need for an evolving andeffective HR policies and practices, as well as people development at every level is critical. Along with the dynamic work environment, customer expectations are also constantly changing.

As HR practitioners it is important to unlearn, learn and also innovate. The HR leaders and teams should be at the forefront in partnering with the business teams and create an agile structure to respond to the needs of the customers and the environment in an efficient manner.

Given the talent gap in the NBFC domain, the need of the hour is to find innovative ways to bridge the gap. Our eco system needs to come together in order to ensure that we work together with the educational system to create sustainable talent solutions.
