While it was inevitable that we all were forced to use technology to stay connected because of COVID, when the situation improves, it might be good to consider a hybrid model of working.

Why the element of empathy has gained importance in the workplace post COVID phase and how it impacts the work culture?

RP According to Google Trends, the search volume for Empathy has increased by 4 times since 2008. So, even before COVID hit us, we knew we needed more empathy. But post COVID, we all got an urgent wake-up call that reminded us about the importance of the human connection, best expressed as empathy.
