What you can measure you can manage!
Every organization has a unique set of value systems inherent in its culture. Therefore, while staffing only functional knowledge and skills is not a guarantee that one would be able to survive in the ecosystem of that organization.

Management thinker Peter Drucker is often quoted as saying that “you can’t manage what you can’t measure.” Drucker means that you can’t know whether or not you are successful unless success is defined and tracked.

This same goes with the most precious element of any organization and that is Human Resource. If you can’t measure the talent that you have, then in such cases, the future of any organization is liable to be uncertain. However, strategies are good and nice to hear but until and unless those are put in practice and bring into reality they are mere ideas. You can’t fetch results merely relying on Ideas or strategy but if you have a team of right & competent people who could implement those ideas and strategy their lies the success.
