TG Leadership for the future requires you to be constantly in a learn-and-unlearn cycle around technical skills and in an adaptive mindset around leadership skills. There is no such thing as good leadership; there is such a thing as good leadership at the moment because leadership has to be contextual. All models of leadership that are taught have limits to their applications and they can break down outside of context. So, I suggest not chasing a trend but rather chasing a mindset of constant learning, growth, and evolution. Being uncomfortable is one of the biggest skills leaders need today.
