LS Close to last two years, remote work was the only option for nearly all organisations. Leadership and employees alike embraced it at the time with such swiftness, though had its challenges initially, technical advances greatly helped adoption, but now, that is changing rapidly from the days of world-wide crisis a uniquely historic, unprecedented, unforeseen, unpredictable, unimaginative and so unfortunate disruption and has put all the companies on the edge, impacted the world of work significantly and there is adequate awareness of the covid complexities, healthcare support and safety measures including vaccination process.
