Though being an HR head will be a great feeling, hence one day is not enough to understand or implement anything. So, firstly, I would like to meet with my colleagues to build trust and relationships.

What Inspired you to join HR profession?

AS To be a HR professional is the opportunity to influence innumerable aspects of an organisation highly focused on human behaviour. Being in HR I have opportunity to develop the people around me. To provide job opportunities to people and put them on right path. Especially HR has the chance to change the livelihood of people and navigate changes in the entire career of employees. Creating diversified work culture to put equality on the surface. Values inculcated in me by my family background inspired me to look for this profession.
