SD Challenges may vary based on the industry, organisational size, and other contextual factors. Additionally, staying abreast of legal and regulatory changes, promoting diversity and inclusion, and effectively leveraging data analytics in HR decision-making are now part of routine that may continue to be areas of focus for pre-CHROs in 2024. However, the following will be imperative from a business continuity perspective :
