The organisation values, culture and ethics are all important components of this experience and serve as a 'glue' for an employee to stay and strive in that organisation.

How do you understand employee experience and why it has gained so much importance in present time?

NM Employee experience isn’t a new topic; we have discussed it for years. But, in a post pandemic world, what’s new is the value of employee experience and employers’ importance on it. When things are going well, it’s easy to create an exceptional employee experience; it’s challenging when things are chaotic and worldwide catastrophes like COVID-19 have impacted the lives of so many people around the world. There’s a lot of talk about “putting people first” as a way to lead, but what does that mean, and how do you go about achieving it?
