How do you visualise the future of work in respect of Artificial Intelligence adoption in HR functions?

MA I see Artificial Intelligence as an enabler in the present as well as in the future of work. Adoption of AI has picked up the pace already when it comes to the HR functions. Let us talk about Talent Acquisition as a function within HR, today, when the market is little dull and the supply of profiles for any given role has increased by leaps and bounds, use of AI is unprecedented and it is helping in reducing the load on Talent Acquisition teams to review resumes. AI helps in shortlisting and parsing the profiles to the right bucket basis the match to a given JD. Use of AI is not just limited to talent acquisition, for an example I can tell you that in one of my past roles, we had introduced a bot to ensure that some of the common queries of new joiners and existing employees are answered by a bot which had all the intelligent answers and this brought a great relief to the employees as they felt independent and also didn’t have...
