How do you envision Humanising the workplace?

SJ Throughout my career spanning global, regional, and country roles, a crucial realization emerged: universal needs of all employees share common foundation that serve as the bedrock of their well-being in the workplace which include desire for Respect, Dignity, a sense of Belonging, and the aspiration to make a positive impact in their daily work. However, the fascinating complexity of human nature is such that individuals respond differently to the myriad situations and challenges encountered in the professional sphere. This diversity of responses can be attributed to two primary factors.

Firstly, the environment in which one is raised plays a pivotal role. Factors like socio-economic background, geopolitical context, societal values, educational opportunities, living conditions, and even the family into which we are born all contribute to shaping an individual’s outlook and reactions.
