Rajasthan High Court , in Prakash Manda vs. The Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation &Anr (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 14008/2016),on July 14, 2025, quashed the termination of a probationer noting that termination on grounds of questionable integrity amounts to a stigmatising and punitive order, and therefore, principles of natural justice require that a proper enquiry be conducted before such an order is passed.
