Government of NCT of Delhi issued a public notice on June 12, 2025 mandating all private sector organisations to register on the Sexual Harassment Electronic Box (“SHe-Box”) portal, in line with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“PoSH Act”), and the recent Supreme Court’s judgment in Aureliano Fernandes vs. State of Goa & Ors. Civil Appeal No. 2482 of 2014 (“SC Judgement”).
Government of Rajasthan also issued a public notice mandating all private sector establishments, government departments, and public sector undertakings to register themselves on the SHe-Box portal in compliance with the PoSH Act and the recent SC Judgment. All organisations are required to submit their organisational details on the SHe-Box portal (https://shebox.wcd.gov.in) to facilitate complaint management and data maintenance.
