How do you envision Humanising the workplace?
RB In the era of the global economy and with technological advancement, every organisation is looking for an opportunity to improve productivity, profitability, and a better global footprint. Our dependency on technology has increased, the definition of the workplace has changed, and hence, the human connection has started diminishing in organisations. In an organisational context, humanising addresses the issue of treating people with their unique physical, mental, and emotional needs (Herrick & Maccoby, 2016).
Why there is a need being felt that the workplace should be more humanised? What was lacking in the past?
