Before this appointment, Sujit was associated with Matrix Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd,as Head HR- Marketing Division.

Sujit is a seasoned HR Professional with more than 26 years of experience in diverse organizations (Indian & MNC’s) with sectors like IT, Manufacturing, Electronics,, Cement & RMC, Analytical Instruments & Lab. Products Automobiles,Steel Fertilizers and Chemicals having hands on experience in both business and operational HR having handled all major sub- function of Human Resources Management from Manpower planning, Talent Acquisition to Exit, Talent Management, Learning & Development, PMS & Employee Engagement, EHS, and CSR.
He also gained expertise in designing and implementingthe Rewards & Recognition program & various other HR policies.
Sujit has also worked with Vishakha Group and Synergy Steels among others.
