He has been with the organization for the last seven years in different positions, and recently as HED HR- South Portfolio (Nexus Malls).

He has successfully worked alongside senior leaders to deliver organisational change and profit growth at prestigious groups such as Prestige, Bata, and Dr. Reddy’s.
Santosh holds a Postgraduate Certification in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur, CHRP Level 5 certification from CIPD, London, and a 15FQ+ certification in psychometric assessment.
