Mr. Mahajanbrings over two decades of diverse HR leadership experience across organizations like Tata Advanced Systems, Tata Teleservices, Pfizer, Aditya Birla Group, and Reliance Communications. This repertoire of experience has enabled Kapil to influence culture and strategy across organizations. Partnering with senior leaders, his ability to create contexts for continuous learning for employees and organizations through various People & Culture interventions are commendable.
