Gunjan Mishar has joined CorroHealth as Associate VP-HR.
She has confirmed this development to Business manager.
She will be responsible for leading the Talent Management strategy for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Health Information Management (HIM) across key delivery hubs in Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore including Spearheading comprehensive talent initiatives, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and performance optimization- aligned with business objectives and regional growth imperatives. She will collaborate closely with business heads and functional leaders to build a future-ready workforce, enhance talent experience, and strengthen organizational capability in high-impact, people-centric domains.

Before this appointment, Gunjan was associated with RNF Technologies as Head -HR.
Gunjan is a seasoned HR professional with deep experience in organization development, employee lifecycle management, and HR business partnering. She has led HR teams to drive strategies that align with business goals and improve employee engagement. She is recognised among the top 50 CHROs and a recipient of multiple HR excellence awards, She focuses on building strong partnerships, promoting a high-performance culture, and delivering measurable impact.
