Before this appointment Vaishnavi was associated with Comviva as Head HR where she spearheaded HR strategies for diverse product portfolios, such as Marketing and TechInnovators, to drive growth and innovation.
At Tata Communications she is spearheading transformative HR strategies under her leadership as with a focus on fostering organizational growth and aligning talent initiatives with diverse business priorities. She is passionate about building an inclusive, agile, and future-ready organization by integrating data, technology and strong human centered approach.
Vaishnavi has also worked with HFCL, Mahindra Comviva and Hero MotoCorp.
