Before this appointment, Anupam was associated with ESL Steel Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer.

During his career span his key HR assignments for corporate, HRBP, SBU HR Roles have been in the domain of Talent Acquisition & Management, Organization Development (OD) initiatives, Learning & Development, Performance management, Statutory Compliances (State & Central), Employee Engagement, that have helped in developing an integrated HRM approach and understanding of strategic business perspectives.
