Abhijeet Sawant has joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as Vice President- ER & IR

Before this appointment, Abhijeet was associated with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals as Head of Employee Relations, Lead Compliance Governance Risk and Employee Care, where he started as HRBP at Crompton’s largest manufacturing unit in Gujarat. After a successful four-year assignment, I was promoted with dual responsibilities: Center of Excellence for Employee Relations and HRBP for sales in the Western Region. In April 2019, I was promoted to Employee Relations Head for both sales and non-sales, with additional responsibilities including corporate HR, compliance head, and CSR.

Abhijeet has also worked with Suzlon Group and INEOS ABS (USA) Corporation.
