Before this appointment, Mahalakshmi R was associated with Mondelez International as Head HR south East Asia.
She is a seasoned HR professional with nearly 30 years of experience in HR and Business Consulting across India, Africa, the UK, and Southeast Asia. She specializes in creating people strategies that foster business growth and innovation. Additionally, she has led large-scale transformations, working with talent from over 20 countries and 50 nationalities.
Mahalakshmi has also worked with Airtel, Ranbaxy, Ballarpur Industries, EY, Arthur Andersen and Hewitt Associates.
