Manpreet Singh has joined Alkami Technology as Head HR -India.
Confirming this development, Manpreet stated in a social media post, “After an incredible 16+ years at FIS, where I had the privilege of contributing to its growth and transformation, I’m thrilled to share I’ve embarked on a new journey with Alkami Technology as Head of HR – India.
Alkami, a leading cloud-based digital banking solutions provider, is expanding its global footprint by launching a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. As a founding member of Alkami India’s leadership team, I’m excited to build and scale the HR function from the ground up in a high-growth, high-impact environment. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape people strategy, organizational design, and culture while working closely with our global leaders.”

Before this appointment, Manpreet was associate with FIS as Senior Director- Business partner.
