Qualcomm, an American software and services company, has promoted Pooja Joshi as Senior Director, HR Business Partner.
She has confirmed this development by stating in a social media post, “I’m excited to share that I’ve recently transitioned into a new role as Senior Director, HR Business Partner at Qualcomm. This new chapter builds on a journey that began over 18 years ago—one filled with learning, growth, and the privilege of working alongside some of the brightest minds in our industry.”

Joshi has been working with Qualcomm for more than 18 years, most recently as the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Pooja is a Human Resources leader with a track record of delivering measurable results having diverse HR experience in 3 Fortune 500 corporations across hi-tech, pharmaceutical & financial services. She is adept at contributing in an organization’s start-up and growth phase with country and regional responsibilities. Assumed roles of increasing complexity as an HR Business Partner and in HR Communities of Practice like Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Leadership & OD, Employee Engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Legal Compliance.
With MBA in HR from the Institute of Technology and Management, Pooja also worked at Tata AIG and Novartis.
