Schneider Electric has elevated Subhashini Acharya as Director HR and well-being for Greater India.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Subhashini has been with Schneider Electric for more than eight years in different positions and recently as Director Talent Management, Global Marketing.

She firmly believes that the role of HR revolves around helping organizations make great people decisions. My role as an HR Leader in the People Function at Schneider allows me to live this philosophy every day. Having worked across diverse sectors in various capacities within the HR function, she has enjoyed building HR systems and other enablers.
Subhashini has also worked with SABMiller India, Britannia Industries, July Systems and Tata Services Ltd.
