He is associated with Dr. Reddy’s laboratories since last more than 20 years in different positions. Before this elevation Pankaj was holding the position of Head Talent Acquisition, Talent management & Performance Enablement-Global Manufacturing operations.
Pankaj is an experienced Human Resources professional with a Master’s Degree in business management from Indian Institute of Management – Calcutta with 22 + years of robust experience in International HR, International Marketing and Sales.
