In his new role at Lenovo, he will spearhead global HR services, manage end-to-end operations while ensuring compliance and data privacy. As the Global HR Services leader, he drives the delivery of end-to-end HR operations, ensuring a consistent and compliant employee experience across all regions.

Yogesh has been with the organisation from 2015 and held various HR positions and recently before promotion as Senior Manager- Global HR Services.
His core competencies include HR Service Delivery & Shared Services Strategy, AI & Digital Transformation in HR, People Analytics & Storytelling, Change Management & M&A Integration and
Global Team Leadership.
Yogesh has also worked with Infosys and IBM Global services.
