Sharukh Vazifdar has joined Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited as Head of Compensation & Benefits.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Compensation & Benefits at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited,” Vazifdar shared in a LinkedIn post.
Prior to this appointment, Sharukh Vazifdar was associated with Mattr as Global Compensation Manager.

With over a decade of experience in HR, primarily in Rewards, he has led the Rewards strategy & operations vertical across pharmaceutical, real estate, private equity and manufacturing sectors.
Having led core processes such as compensation revision cycles, benchmarking exercises, benefits management, and workforce planning, Sharukh has also extensive experience in organization design, job evaluation, long & short term incentive plan design, HRIS architecture & implementation, and organization restructuring.
With PG in HRM and Labour Relations from TISS, Sharukh has also worked with Boehringer Ingelheim, Godrej Investment Advisers, Godrej Properties Limited, Alkem Laboratories Ltd., and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
