Before this appointment, Saibal was associated with Knight Frank as Sr. Vice President, Human Resources.

In his career span, he has been in HR leadership deliverables of Real Estate, Asset Management, Service Industry, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Automobiles, IT, BFSI, Infrastructure, Engineering, Food Services, Educational Institute, and Healthcare.
He gained expertise in Business HR; influencing ROI through strategic HR; Change management &Organisational development t; ESG; sustainability goals through human capital management, Diversity & Inclusion ROI; Talent management,performance management, workforce management, organisational performance metrics; SME in employment laws, POSH, labour relations, contract labour management, industrial relations.
Saibal has also worked with Sodexo, RPG Enterprises, Abbott, Piramal Enterprises, among others.
