Ranjan Sarkar has joined LNJ Bhilwara Group as Chief Human Resource Officer.
Before this appointment, Ranjan was associated with Exide Industries as President- HR.

With 20 years of cross-industry experience across Indian company & MNC in the Auto sector, energy storage, Metals, Tyre, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, BFSI, Media & Communication, Ranjan has gained diverse experience in areas of change management, business partnership, cultural transformation, M&A, complex Industrial relations, and many greenfield assignments.
Ranjan has also worked with Ceat Tyres, Zee Entertainment Enterprises, GSK Pharmaceuticals, among others.
