She has challenged the status quo, find solutions, and build on a unique employee culture for a fast growing startup company, while creating a supportive growth oriented environment for an amazing team of People Operations professionals!
With around 23+ years of rich professional experience in HR, she is counsellor, statistician, recruiter and mentor, Nora has also worked with Sequoia, EF/Education First, Astrum Solar, Palmer Kent Associates, NLM Legal Search & Consulting, Gunster Yoakley and The George Washington University.
