Naveen Kumar Teram joins Solara Active Pharma as GM – HR & Admin

Naveen Kumar Teram has joined Solara Active Pharma Sciences as General Manager HR & Admin.

Prior this appointment Naveen was associated with Bira 91 as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources for about 3 years.

Having experience of about 25 years in HR in manufacturing locations, Naveen has gained good understanding of talent acquisition, management and retention processes including industrial relations in unionised manufacturing environment.

Naveen has also worked with SABMiller India and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
