With over 16 years of rich HR experience across industries— both services and manufacturing, this new stint in the education sector marks an exciting addition to my journey. Before this appointment, Chinhita was associated with Skipper Ltd. as DGM- HR.
Having an EPHRM from IIM Calcutta and IISWBM (MBA), Chinhita is a content-driven leader with progressive HR experience in multi-cultural ecosystems.Her HR journey has been rooted in building people-first cultures, creating inclusive workplaces, driving engagement, and aligning HR strategy with business goals in traditional and remote-first environments.
She has also worked with Vikram solar, Clarivate, and Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd., among others.
