Bhuwnesh Singh Chauhan has joined Havells India as Vice President- Human Resource as a Key member of the leadership team, steering the company toward its next horizon of growth in an era of rapid change. He will be leading the HR, IR, Admin, and EHS functions for Manufacturing Operations across multiple state-of-the-art plants and partnering with the leadership team to design and implement people and talent strategies that align with core business objectives in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Packaging.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Chauhan was associated with Montage Enterprises Inc. as Chief HR Officer.

A seasoned HR professional with over 24 years of diverse experience, Chauhan, throughout his career, has been privileged to explore various facets of HR, including OD, Strategic HR, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Sales HR, Business Partnering, Manpower Productivity, Change Transformation, Proactive Employee Relations, Union Management, and Culture Building.
Bhuwnesh has also worked with Escorts Kubota, Maruti Suzuki Gujrat and LG Electronics among others.
