Prior to this appointment, Anil was associated with Ambuja Cements Ltd. (An Adani Group Company ) as Cluster HR Head.
Anil is a results-oriented HR professional with over 27+ years experience in Training, Performance Management, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Personnel Management, HR Policies, Talent Acquisition, Greenfield Projects, Crisis Management, Stakeholder Management, Union Relations, and LTS.
Anil has also worked with UltraTech Cement, T V Sundram Iyengar & Sons Limited, Methodex Systems Ltd., and M/s. Alpine Biotech Ltd.
