Tilak Kapoor has joined Eastman Auto & Power as President – Human Resources.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Tilak was associated with DS Group as Head HR (Confectionery SBU) where he was Responsible for HR strategy &execution for helping achieve business goals and supporting the senior leadership. Leading a strong and dedicated team of 20+ HR members.

With overall 20 yrs + exp in FMCG, Home Electrical, Pharma & Chemical industries in plant HR, R&D HR, HRBP, Sales HR and Corporate roles, Tilak has driven strategic initiatives in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, High Performance Management (PMS), Diversity & Inclusion, Employer Branding, Strategic Workforce planning, Well-being, and post- merger integration. Responsible for Industrial relations management, statutory compliance, and Blue Collar workforce management.
Tilak has also worked with Luminous Power, Moser Baer, Nicholas Piramal, among others.
