Sajid Iqbal has joined Brigade Group as Chief Human Resource Officer & Senior Vice President.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Sajid was associated with GE as Vice President Human Resources.

In a career spanning over 20 years, Sajid has worked across the entire HR spectrum, including talent management, recruitment, and leadership development, in roles based in India and the United States. His key focus includes developing talent strategies and fostering a high-performing culture within organizations. He also co-created HR strategies with business leaders, focusing on talent development and interventions to enhance talent capability at senior levels, as well as organizational design, developing HR strategies, and implementing approaches that cover key business processes across commercial, supply chain, and service sectors operations.
Sajid has also worked with GE Healthcare and Godrej Pacific among others.
