Before this appointment, Chinmaya was associated with RPG Life Sciences as Head Business HR.

Chinmaya is a performance-driven & seasoned professional with an extensive track record spanning more than two decades in HR, Business, and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) roles, having collaborated with prominent companies within the pharmaceutical industry. He has demonstrated an elevated level of expertise in end-to-end stewardship of the employee life cycle, introducing robust people and business analytics frameworks that contributed significantly to organizational performance enhancement
He also illustrated profound proficiency in driving organizational growth and performance through the strategic implementation of HR initiatives, areas of expertise encompassing performance management, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and comprehensive training & development.
