Arpit Jain has joined Hero Cycles as head of Human Resources and Administration.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Arpit was associated with Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd as Head of HR.

He has a deep understanding of talent management and culture development, while influencing and advising leaders as a business partner, fueling positive organizational development and a high-performance culture with cross industry experience like Paints, Telecom, Automobile & Apparel Retail and across HR functional domains.
He has also worked with Bharti Airtel Foundation, Mahindra Group – Commercial Vehicles Division, and AkzoNobel.
