Deloitte India has appointed Agniwesh as Director in Human Capital- HR Transformation. He will be responsible to drive digital HR transformation for the client and will be based at Gurgaon.
Prior to this appointment, Agniwesh associated with Accenture as Vice President, Human Capital Management .
Agniwesh has nearly 2 decades of rich experience in driving and designing Digital Human Capital Management transformation for organizations. He helps in Digital Human Resource transformation by simplifying HR processes to enhance employee experience. He has consulted, advised and implemented HRIT solutions for various industries, globally.

An alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune Agniwesh has also worked with Dr Reddy’s Lab and Infosys and comes with rich experience in Digital HR transformation and strategy consulting.
Agniwesh is also on NHRDN Board as the young talent council lead and secretary for NHRDN Delhi NCR Chapter. Agniwesh has co-founded an NGO in Hyderabad called Kadam Public Charitable trust for the education of slum-dwelling children. He is currently on the advisory board of many business schools.
